Litinas I. Legal regulation of relations between Ukraine and EC in the sphere of investment activities.

The thesis analyses international legal regulation of investment activities between Ukraine and EC. It considers the formation and development of legal mechanism of the co-operation between Ukraine and EC, investigates its legal nature, outlines basic ways of its improvement in terms of evolutionary provi-sions of the Agreement on partnership and co-operation. Special attention is paid to find out the legal means whereby the investment activities between Ukraine and EC are regulated. The work examines basic elements of mechanism of international legal regulation of investment activities between Ukraine and EC. Special attention is paid to the analyses of peculiarities of treaty mechanism, the nature and structure of institutional mechanism of the cooperation between Ukraine and EC in the sphere of investment activities, forms and ways of approximation of the national legislation of Ukraine with the EC law in the sphere of investments.
