Adnan A. The Legal Mechanism of the Cooperation betwecn the European Union and Mediterranean countries.

The thesis is devoted to important, unsufficiently investigated problems of the development of the modern legal mechanism of cooperation between the European Union and Mediterranean countries. In the thesis the legal mechanism is considered as a system which includes a subsystem of the treary mechanism of cooperation and a subsystem of the institutional mechanism of collaboration. The main directions of cooperation of the EC with countries the Mediterranean are analysed, the perspectives of the use of the experience of this cooperation for Ukraine are investigated. The main outcomes of the research have found their introduction in the teaching process.
