Elaboration of the reform of the final stage pre-trial investigation conception and definition of its construction, and also the recommendations to improve the forms and methods of making the final accusatory act. For the first time within the limits of dissertation the attempt of complex research of the pre-trial investigation problems was made on the ground of constitutional powers division in the criminal judiciary the real research gives the opportunity scientifically to settle down the optimum construction of the final stage of the pre-trial investigation.
