The thesis is dedicated to the search of ways and rational use of resources, necessary for the country's economy to cope with the investment. The need to conduct structural reconstruction of Ukrainian economy as well as practical approaches to its realization a paid special attention to. The dissertation also researches the world's experience in managing the investment processes and government influence on the policy. The investigations come to definite conclusions drawing the ways of enhancing the efficiency of investments in conditions of market economy formation. The methods of minimizing the investment risks are outlined in the research too.
