RESEARCH OBJECTIVE. Poultry enterprises, epizootic situation with the principle infectious diseases of economic significance. RESEARCH PURPOSE. Improvement of control and profylaxis of Gumboro diseases under the up-to-date conditious of poultry keeping. RESEARCH METHODS AND EQUIPMENT. Epizootic, pathoanatomical, virologic, bacterioligic, serological, statistical. Microscope, incubator, centrifuge. THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL RESULTS. There is substantiated purposefulness of chicken vaccination of the stage of embryogenesis, aerosole treatment at hatching with specific serum of donor bulls with revaccination of 17 d. age.
