Marko I. The military finance under market transformation of economy in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to the matters of formation, distribution and use of military finance which occupy a singnificant place in finance system in Ukraine. The paper illustrates the important problems in theory and problems integrated with practical formation and use of military finance and its economic foundation. The author analysed the problems of practical significance which are determined the modern reguirements of operation the armed forces of Ukraine. The need for a new approach to the essence of finance which will be able to overcome the fiscal deficit for the insurance of the defence capability of the country, the nessary of broadening function of finance agtncies of the Armed Forces and structural changes for the use of means is analysed. The author proposed the ways of the decision of formation and use problems of military finance which will favour its economical and effective use in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
