The system of sea nautical charts is considered to the connection with specifity of their contents, use and functions, which they carry out in a society. The development of the scientific - methodical bases of creation of the national collection of sea nautical charts and maintenance the economy of Ukraine. The historical analysis, descriptive and rather - geographical analysis, marketing researches. Use: by development and preparation for the edition of new conventional signs of sea maps. The production "Ukrmorcartographia" is introduced into educational process of the students.
