With the purpose of rising efficacy of the prenatal prophylaxes RDS of newborns determined the factors, which the systems of a fetus lung with use influence a maturing surfactant: definition Tocolysis Index on Baumgarten (1987); bacteriological examination of urine of the pregnant women, bacterioscopic and bacteriological examination of a stuff from the cervical canal; definition of a level of Hormonums of a fetoplacental complex (estryolum, Progesteronum, alpha-fetoprotein) by method ELISA; activity a LP-AS on a level of a malonic dialdehyde with the help of a spectophotometery by J.A.Knight (1988), activity of a catalase by М.А.Koroluk (1988), blanket lipids of a blood. A state of a fetus estimated on metode of A.M.Vintzilios (1987); an evaluation of maturity mild of a fetus carried out by a ultrasonic method by М.А.Fux (1989); functions of an external respiration on scales Silvermane and Downese. For prenatal prophylaxis of RDS newborns by "Lipin" for the first time is introduced which has allowed in 2,6 times to lower a case rate RDS. The obtained data are introduced into practice of maternity homes of Kharkov.
