RYaBChENKO O. Privatization in the Industrial sector of the economic of Ukraine

The work considers the essence and nature of the processes of property transformation into private one. It researched the correspondence of theoretical and methodological basis of the adopted concept of transformation of property forms and property rights in industrial sector with the institutional reforms. It was applied systematical and logical analysis of legislative norms as well as economic analysis of the dynamics of privatization reform indicators, methods of mathematical and statistical and graphical display of the study of privatization processes and phenomena that were accompanying them. It was given prove to the totally new comprehensive concept of individual transformation of public property into private one with the aim of renewal and development of industrial production. It was elaborated a complex of theoretical, methodological and methodical recommendations concerning realization of the newest approach towards property reforming.
