Tynnyj I. Restructuring of the industrial enterprises in transitional economies.

The dissertation examines theoretical and practical problems of organization of complex restructuring of industrial enterprises in terms of transformation of economic system towards market economy. Basic conceptual rules of restructuring of the industrial enterprises have been determined. New methodological approaches to improvement and increase of efficiency of restructuring procedures have been founded. Concrete measures of governmental economic policy in sphere of support of business and structural reorganization of economy have been suggested. The part of results of dissertation work implemented in practice.
