The aim of research is define the essence and the structure of cadets' professional-pedagogical competence concerning the work with unhappy families and to define pedagogical factors and to develop the methods of the formation the future policeman. Theoretical results and novelty - it was studied the possibility of singlemined and more effective formation of cadets' professional-pedagogical competence concerning the work with unhappy families. Practical results and novelty - there was developed the model and the system of the pedagogical factors and tasks. The object and the level of realisation were realized in practice of education-tuition of law educational establishment of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The effect of realisation is higher.
