Radzivill O. Problems and perspectives of conception of Common Heritage of Mankind in Modern International Law

The thesis is devoted to the research of historical roots of formation and latest development of the conception of Common Heritage of Mankind. Specific attention is paid to the criteria of legal estimation of the Common Heritage of Mankind in narrow, and brood interpretation. The principal provisions of the conception of Common Heritage of Mankind are compared with those of conceptions of common use territory, separate resources, stable development, biological multiplicity etc. The author makes substantiated proposals to include ethnic multiplicity and ethnical history into the range of objects of the Common Heritage of Mankind.
