Special features of psychological development of junior schoolchildren with setbacks of psychological development. Substatiate theoretically and experimentally that coorrecting exercises which are based on the moving activity have the influence on the correction of the intelectual parts of setbacks of. Methods which were used: analysis and generaliration of literature, which ascertain and form experiments. The investigation increases the idea about the structure of intellectual defects of such children. Essential connection between the indicatoor of general intelect and mental speed and the development of function of central moving analyser was established. The results can be inculcated in the process of training of psychologists defectologists. It has been inculcated in the wook of schools member 3, 19 of Chernigiv.
