Marfina Y. Prevention of obstetric and perinatal complications in women with hypotalamic syndrome

On the basis of previous clinicolaboratory and functional methods of study the methods of treatment-and-prophylactic as well as rehabilitation measures with the application of magnesia therapy, the preparations improving oxidation-reduction and trophic processes in the brain as well as physiotherapy were developed. The established correlation between clinical, endocrine, biochemical and functional methods of study perмitted to extend the information about pathogenesis of fetoplacental insufficiency and hypothalamic syndrome. The introduction of the methods developed allowed to reduce the frequency of obstetric and perinatal complications as well as to correct the hormonal and lipid status in women with hypothalamic syndrome.
