The thesis is devoted to the problem, connected with the improvement of state transport policy, city space reorganization, economic supply of city electric transport enterprises under condition of reformed economy. Such concept as city function are determined in the work, and their essence, city role and tasks in modern conditions of Ukraine have been investigated, enter- prises activities have been analyzed. Factors, influencing transport rate and economic supply of city electric transport have been considered.
