Mice, vats and humans were the objects of investigation.. The dissertation is devoted studying of neuro-humoral and cell-molecular mechanisms of stress. Zinc content the cells under extreme influences (physical loading, immobilization and alcoholization) was studied in work for the first time. It was ascertained that under acute organism stressing zinc concentration in the cells increased, but under chronic one - decreased. Elaborated methods and principle of study scheme may be used for studying an influence of different factors on zinc content in the cells, as well as evaluation of functional state of the cells immune, entero-insular systems and hippocampus
