Pereverza O. Forming of false testimony, the system of tactics means, finding out and their overcoming.

The thesis comprises a complex of problems of theoretical and practical character associated with forming of false testimony, system of tactics means of its finding out and overcoming at preliminary investigation and at court. The notion of false testimony has been defined and the classification of intentional false testimony according to their type as well as general classification of the causes of false testimony has been improved. A full general characteristics of means of forming testimony by mistake and intentional lie has been provided. The most effective means of finding out of traits of mistakes and intentional lie have been defined as well as ways of finding intentional lie with the participation of defence counsel in interrogation of a suspect; general laws of overcoming of a mistake and intentional lie of a person by means of their evaluation during interrogation and after it; the system of investigation actions to overcome a mistake and disclosing of intentional lie.
