Vynogradova O. International Cooperation of Ukraine of Fighting Crime (Criminal Procedure Aspect).

The dissertation is dedicated to the study of the international statutory act sregulating cooperation of the states for fighting crime as far as shaping criminal procedure law. It establishes the necessity to provide for the major types of such cooperation in the national criminal procedure legislation. It also comprehensively analyses present international statutory acts passed by the United Nations and European Council including those ratified by the Supreme Rada of Ukraine and regulating major areas and types of the international cooperation for fighting crime. The dissertation formulates concept statements and establishes new proposals and conclusions as to the studies issues. Methods - doctrinal, formal and logical and comparative analysis to international cooperation for fighting crime. The conclusions and recommendations formulated in the dissertation can be used to upgrade the criminal procedure legislation, for research purposes, in the judicial, law enforcement and jther official practices an d for training. We are planning to publish a monograph. The implementation area is legislation, judicial practices, research and training.
