Ruban L. The Principles of town-planning use of territories under conditions of degraded rivers

In centre of dissertation research are found degraded river-side territories of Ukraine cities. The signs of river degradation (natural and human-caused) are developed; special degradation coefficients and degree are shown out. The historical town-planning mastering stages and the planning practice of the river-side flow zones are analyzed in the thesis. The research of possibilities of the town-planning reclamation of degraded river flows in cities for the purpose of their active inclusion into town-planning structure is performed. The main statute for planning of these territories in accordance with their specific layout and landscape features are developed. The methodical recommendations for pecuniary valuation of river territories in city, as a single whole city structure element were developed.
