Vivcharyk T. Psychological mechanisms of self-realization of woman (on example of feminine youth envolved in creative professional activity)

Dissertation contains theoretical and experimental analysis of problem of women's self-realization mechanisms on example of feminine youth envolved in creative professional activity. The main approaches to problem of self-realization are analyzed, also the directions of apportionment of women's self-realizationmechanisms are systematized in this work. On the basis of this model of psychological women's self-realization is elaborated. The model consists of equivalent complementary, compensative or discrepant structural components of self-realization, such as: self-identification, individuation and objectification, which function as mechanisms of self-realization under the condition self-knowledge, self-perception, self-solving and self-execution. According to proposed model the complex of psychodiagnostic methods, indicators and criterions of determination of self-realization level and its structural parameters is selected. The series of socially-psychological technoligies, directed to formation and d evelopment of aims at self-realization is worked and approved.
