Essay

Townbuilding classification of pedestrian zones (PZ) considering the climate and other specific features of Jordan towns are delivered in the thesis. There have been revealed the factors which influence the efficiency of PZ functioning as well as their quantitative indices have been defined. There have been defined the regression dependence of the number of road traffic accident (RTA) on the length of street-road net (SRN). There have been worked out mathematics model of distribution for pedestrians moving along the given planned SRN, computer program for providing the modeling of traffic moving in the area. The enlarged algorithm of projecting and providing the PZ in the centers of Jordan towns (at an example of Amman) considering new norms and economic indices.
