This dissertation investigates theoretical and practical questions of production and saling activity's regulation in the transitive economy. Necessity of such regulation caused by changes and deflexions which take place in the activity of Ukrainian enterprises at the conditions of the adaptation to work in the market economy. The attention is concentrated on the problems' determination which accompany production and saling activity and search of their's overcoming ways. Specifically, the mechanism of production and saling activity's regulation is considerated.
