The object of research: the residential building which placing on alluvial territories. The purpose of research: creatment of scientific of the principles and methodical reference to placing of residential building on alluvial territories concerning dynamics of underground waters. Methods of research: mapgraphic of underground waters; graphoanalytics modeling; questionnairing and investigating of the population; experimental designing of the residential building. The scientific novelty lays in development of scientific basis creation of landscape formeding of a hull of the territories and principling of position and metodical recommendation to the placing of residential building concerning dynamics of underground waters and tectonic faults on different stages of the town-planning designing. The practical application of results of research is possible: on stage of the concept of a master plan, draft of detailed scheduling of residential areas, a zoning of alluvial territories, placing separate groups building concerning depth process of the earth crust; in development normal; in teaching process on the architecture faculties and faculties of advancement of the qualificashion.
