The dissertation is dedicated to the analysis of the experience of the banks of the European Union countries in terms of the development and functioning of the modern system of the bank marketing management. The core of the work is the analysis of the bank marketing management in the German banks, which is one of the most financially developed countries of the EU. Specific character of bank marketing in German banking system is compared to its particularities in other EU-countries (UK, France, Spain, Austria) and practical recommendation concerning the application of the EU countries' banks experience to the practice of the Ukrainian lending institutions.
