Аscariosis, pig, rat, aversect-2, urzolevamizol, baymec, cytogenetic, Ascaris.suum, erytrocytes of blood, micronuclear, mitosis, circulating immune complex, immunoglobulin E. The increase in number of micro-nuclear erythrocytes during migration of A.suum to specific (pig) and non- specific (rat) hosts has been shown. The invasion of pigs by A.suum causes the in-crease of the level of blood circulating immune com-plexes and immunoglobuline E. It has been established that the level of pathologic mitosises of infected by as-cariosis rats also increases. It has been determined that anthelmintic drugs aversect-2, urzolevamisol and bay-mec do not cause the mutagenic action. It proves the suggestion that these investigated anthelmintics are safe for application. The perspectives of futher study of mi-grating ascariosis and application of investigated an-thelminthics have been worked out.
