Essay

The dissertation provides scientific substantiation and analysis of the main conceptual problems of legal regulations in international commercial space projects. The thesis is working up the system of measurements, which are aimed to develop an effective legal regime for international commercial space projects. The authors researches a new system of legal affairs in space activity, instruments which can be effectively implemented in supervision of commercial space activity, liability of its participants, and the scheme of correlation of the legal regulations of international space law and national space policy.
