The work is devoted to development of scientific - methodical bases of state regulation of commodity structure of export and creation on this base of the scientifically proved bases of regulation of commodity structure of export. In the dissertation the theoretical principles are stated and the conditions of the international distribution of work are considered, the export strategy of the countries with market economy is analyzed, the modern role and place of export of Ukraine in its economy is shown.
