Essay

The dissertation contains theoretical and empirical investigation of professional crises experience of persons with different emotional dispositions. The professional crisis as a psychological phenomenon has its own structure; as a process - stages, dynamics and developmental tendencies. It is found that age, life and professional experience significantly influence the specificity of professional crisis: each examinees’ group has its individual set of parameters of self-actualization, motivation and other personality properties including neurotic ones.
