Trofymenko V. Criminal procedural guarantees of individuals at the legislative stage of trial.

The dissertation is dedicated to the complex analysis of the theoretical and practical problems and ways of their solving connected with the guarantees of realization of individuals' rights and legal interests at trial. In the thesis the notion of criminal procedural guarantees of individuals is determined. With regard for international legal acts in the branch of human rights the subject of the research is the range of questions associated with the specific character of enacting the guarantees of rights and legal interests of a defendant, victim and witness at the legislative stage of trial as well as safeguarding of the individuals' security. The result of the scientific research is the theoretical substantiation and formulating propositions directed on improving the legislation currently in force and law enforcement practice.
