The thesis is devoted to study of efficiency of conservative methods of treatment of the patients with different pathogenetic variants of uterine leiomyoma. In the thesis are circumscribed and bunched the main clinical, instrumental and hormonal differential-diagnostic criteria for pathogenetic variants of uterine leiomyoma. The differentiated approach in treatment of the patients with different variants of disease is scientifically justified, including for infertile women, that boosts effectivity of conservative treatment and allows in most cases to avoid a radical surgical intervention.
