Essay

The problems of substantiation and elaboration of drainage-damp systems maintenance on the non-flood-lands by the example of "Mochalische" object, Chernigivska region and "Bacta", Zakarpatska regions are considered. It was established that the water-circulating systems with wet reservoir lakes are long-term and allow to accumulate the designed water volumes at the moist period for damping of agricultural crops at the arid period on the mineral soils. The dependence of wet reservoir lakes from their damping rate filtration without application of artificial screens in sand loam and heavy loam soils was determined on the basis of water - balance calculations.
