The object of research: industrial enterprises, scientific-industrial enterprises of different property forms; the aim of research: theoretical ground and development of scientific methodical recommendations about increase of level of la-bour organisation and normalisation, pay and ma-terial stimulation; methods of research: methods of statistical-economic analysis, analysis and synthesis, com-parison, average and relative values, graphic and monographic methods, sociological methods; theoretical and practical results: methods of la-bour organisation optimisation on the base of la-bour process structuring and methodical recom-mendations how to choose the most effective form and system of labour pay and stimulation were developed, estimation methods of influence of collective labour organisation forms on level and labour process effectiveness increase were improved, classification of labour norm functions was specified; practical meaning of results: goal directed increase of level of labour organisation , normalisation and pay to reach permanent in-crease of production effectiveness; the subject and level of application: methodical rules how to choose the form and the system of labour pay are applied at PLC "Turboatom", PLC "Kharkov enterprise "Electrobritva", JPC "Monolit"; sphere of usage: industrial enter-prises of different property forms, teaching proc-ess. raise the enterprise working stability is grounded; the subject and level of application: the works are applied at state Instrument-Making Plant by name T.G. Tchevchenko and in open stock association in Kharkiv Tractor Seif-propelled Vehicles Piant; sphere of usage: industrial enterprises, teaching process.
