Arabi K. Immunology aspects of changes at late gestosis in the pregnant and ways of its correction by system enzymotherapy

Object of the investigation - pathogenetic aspects of the late hestosis. With the purpose of correction of immunological disorders at pregnancy complicated by late hestosis with use of systemic enzymotherapy with the help of examination plasma-coagulation and platelet-vascular elements of hemostasis, cell and humoral parts of immunity, macrophagal-cytophagous system the role of immunological disorders was investigated at pregnancy, complicated by late hestosis. Study of therapeutic opportunities of systemic enzymotherapy for correction of immunological disorders for the first time is carried out at late hestosis of the pregnant women, the indications for carrying out of enzymothepapy and measure of an assessment of its efficasy designed. It has allowed to improve flow the hestation term, childbed, to reduce perynatal mortality. The obtained data are introduced into work of maternity homes of Kharkov.
