Essay

The work defines the conceptual apparatus of the textual task and reveals the content and operational structure of skills needed to cope with textual tasks. The thesis throws light upon psychological and methodical ways of the above mentioned skill's forming, determines the levels and peculiar features of the elementary school pupils' training activity while coping with textual tasks, the volume of the theoretical knowledge about the textual task and the process of its accomplishing. The thesis presents the task system worked out by the author. This system contains preparatory, testing, training, creative and checking tasks. The methods theoretically and experimentally grounded (the objective, contents, methods, practical forms, ways, modes) provides cope with textual tasks and may be used by the elementary class teachers and also by the instructors in the pedagogical institutes.
