The object of research is personally oriented pedagogical dialogue. The purpose of research is to reveal, theoretically justified and to approve pedagogical conditions of formation the personally oriented dialogue of the future teachers. The method of testings is idealized, trial-and-error, statistical. Idealized outcomes and the novelty is determined and scientific the concept " personally oriented pedagogical dialogue " justified; the necessity of opening-up of the students to personally oriented dialogue is demonstrated, which one is capable to supply construction of personally oriented educational systems; the dialectics of intercoupling a personal freedom of the child with preservation of its originality in process of personally oriented pedagogical dialogue is uncovered; the pattern of readiness to personally oriented pedagogical dialogue is determined; the means of implementation of the personally oriented approach to construction of personally oriented pedagogical dialogue are determined; the methods of mastering by skills are designed to value, to model and to forecast a situation of pedagogical dialogue.
