The dissertation is presents the analysis of Euroregional integration, the EU's and Ukraine's political strategy in the transfrontier co-cooperation's sphere, as well as new types of European international relations actors' formation process, the EU's regional policy peculiarity, modern European continent political concepts of integration process' broadening and deepening, border, transfrontier and euroregional models of co-cooperation between territorial authorities, the EU's and Ukraine's different institutions co-operation in transfrontier dimension of international relations, European regions' co-operation phenomenon, sources and conditions of realization, basic concepts and principals of the Ukrainian's transfrontier policy.
