Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of improvement of the administrative - legal mechanism of compensation for damages inflicted by an administrative offence. The concept of damages inflicted by administrative offence has been formulated, the preconditions and reasons for the compensation for damages have been determined. The legal nature of damages inflicted by administrative offences and the legal nature of such coercive measure as recoveri of damages in accordance wi the legal procedure have been revealed. The concrete offers on the improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine which regulates the recovery of damages in legal proceedings have been introduced. The key words: an administrative offence, material damage, moral loss, legal proceedings on administrative offences, victim.
