The subject matter of the dissertation is to analyze psychologіcal factors and mechanisms of the humanization of pedagogical process as very important means of preve-ntion of conflicts. The thesis deals with the means of successful and effective prevention of conflicts in education process. The principle of humanness presup-poses the presence of humane values in both sides of interrelation, their readiness to interact as partners, their frankness and ability for mutual understanding, a trustful and democratic style of relations, a high level of selfcontrol and self-motivation. Keeping to this important principle promotes the establishing of anti-conflict harmonious relations.
