Kolot I. Management of Investment Development of Region

The concepts of "investment" and "investment development"in typology slit have been investigated. The methodical approach to the evaluation of investment attractiveness of objects has been used by the contribution of the industrial enterprises to filling GIP of the region. The influence of the ownership pattern of enterprises upon the acceleration of investment processes in the region has been evaluated. The model of an investment infrastructure operation has been developed in which the correlation of infrastructure enterprises has been taken into account. The methodical approach for rating the evaluation of industrial enterprises has been offered, which application has allowed to define quantitative growth of an investment potential of the region. The availability of essential dif- ferences according to the industrial branch in the position of enterprises in the rating has been determined. The system of invest- ment development control of the region has been developed.
