Economic relations system of entrepreneurship and economic policy of the government in regulation of entrepreneurial activities. To clarify the social and economic nature of the entrepreneurship as sub-system of economic relations. Dialectic approach to study of economic phenomena, summarizing structure analysis and usage of systematic approach. New approaches to the regulation of entrepreneurship in conditions of transit economics were developed. Were developed proposals addressed to the government organizations regarding regulative policy.
