The object is process of biosynthesis of enzyme complex by culture Streptomyces recifensis var. lyticus; the aim is development the technology of hydrolytic enzyme preparation with wild spectrum of lytic action with using of higher biosynthetic ability producer. The method of investigation - microbiologically, biochemical, physic-chemically, mathematics. The new is the first time established the efficiency of using the N-metyl-N-nitrosourea for the higher biosynthetic ability of culture Streptomyces recifensis var. lyticus, determined the condition of mutagenesis and the result of mutagen action; determined the biochemical characteristics of enzyme complex and spectrum of it antimicrobial action.
