The work presents the analysis of the basic principles of the semiotic concept of the professor A.O.Bilets'kyi, that synthezies best achievements of the current time linguosemiotics of the previous years and the analysis of characteristics, functions and types of language signs, that was considered by Bilets'skyi, to the establishing the relationships between language and other symbolic systems in scientific's reasoning. The main directions of A.O.Bilets'kyi reasoning is about the role of language in the culture of people. The research of the semiotic A.O.Bilets'kyi's concept defines its place in the paradigm teachings of the 20th century about the nature of languages.
