Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the studies of shifts in European regional stability due to NATO reforming. Dissertation deals with the issues of restructuring of the euroatlantic space, establishing of cooperation institutions between NАТО and CEE countries, Russia, Ukraine and consequences of those processes for the structure of regional relations. Also the analysis of inter-state interactions in transition of regional stability from static to dynamic form is presented.
