The reactivity of respiratory system was studed from young sportsmen during growth development and sport training . Is was established, that the reactivity of human respiratory system is rather stable parameter and may serve the reactivity from types "sprinter", " stayer "and "mix".There are some datas changes of individual answer to hypercapnia as a cumulative effect from hard physical exercises. The character of such reactivity changes can be the criterium of individual physical exercises process. The girl - sportsmen's ventilatory sensitivity to hypercapnia is depend from ovarial-menstrual cycle.It was created mathematic model of dependency hypercapnia/ ventilatory.
