Essay

The object of investigation: Black-spotted breed cows colostrum, calves' blood, immunological status, lymphoid tissue of 8-months fetus and calves of 3 days age. Purpose of the researck work: to study the influence of secrete of cows' milk gland on the physiological status of newborns, cytological content and biological value of cows' colostrum of different age group and their colostrum productivity. It was elaborated criteria on determination the colostrum quality in conditions of their production. To investigate the newborns needs in colostral antibodies and immunocompetent tissues. The metods of investigation and apparatus: clinical, physiological, immunological, histological and histohemical, centrifuges, FEC, refrigerator, microtom, microscope. Theoretical and practical result: was determined the morphological formation immuno system organs in fetus of 8-months, the partial immunological immaturity of newborn calves, which is confirmed by low content of B-lymphocytes(6,4(0,2%) in periphyric bloo d taking the first colostrum and absence of Ig. The extension of mother-fetus connection during postnatal period is done thanks to colostrum. The maintenance of newborns physiological needs occurs at the expense of being received during first hour of life not less than 6,2 g Ig/kg of living mass. The low content of colostrum antibodies in blood stipulate the process of fast morpho-functional organs forming of calves' immuno system. The fields (sphere) of using is physiology, immunology, stock-breeding.
