Essay

The dissertation is devoted to design automatic manipulators with force feedback for multi-mode devices testing system. Manipulators intend for set manual tune elements (discrete turning switches, push-buttons, variable resistors) of multi-mode devices into pre-set position in the production testing stage. The principle of feedback on bases indirect force measuring on the shaft of executive motors being in design of different manipulators unit which have diverse construction and unlike functions. Formulated and solved problem of synthesis sub-optimal control in stochastic staging. The results of the work have found an industrial utility in the automation of multi-mode devices testing.
