Object of the study is the competitiveness of the machine-building enterprises - manufacturers in the market of blowprotected electric equipment.Objective of the study is development of the thеoretical and methodical approaches, and also practical recommendations for shaping the competitive strategy of the enterprise and mechanisms of its realization, which answer new conditions of managing. Methods of the study and apparatus include system analysis and synthesys, statistical grouping, technical, economical, statistical, factorial and logic analysis, system approach, expert evaluations. Theoretical and practical results consist in definition of the structure of organizational - economic mechanism of shaping of the competitive strategy of the enterprise, segmentation of electric blowprotected equipment market, main directions of price policy, development of the recommendations on organization of marketing activity of the machine-building enterprise. Scientific novelty of the study is of the methodical a nd practical recommendations on creation is organizational - economic of the mechanism of shaping of the competitive strategy of the industrial enterprise, particularly in development of the methodical approach to segmentation of the blowprotected electric equipment market and methodical positions on shaping the competitive strategy of leading of the enterprise.
