Essay

Object of the study is the processes of small entrepreneurship development in Ukrainе. Objective of the study is development of methodological and methodical approaches to improve the mechanism of state regulation of small entrepreneurship development. Methods of the study and apparatus include a dialectical method, system and structural approaches, а sociological poll, analysis of dynamic rows, correiation and regression analysis, PC. Theoretical and practical results concern determination of conditions and specific features of regulation of small entrepreneurship in market and transition economies, creation of practical recommendations on programming small entrepreneurship development. Scientific novelty of the study is improvement of scientific and methodical framework for regulation of small entrepreneurship development under transition conditions in Ukrainе, in particular creation of the method used for estimation of regional peculiarities influence on small entrepreneurship development, conceptu al regulations for the policy of small entrepreneurship support in the region, methodical recommendations on elaboration of regional programs for small entrepreneurship support. The sybject and degree of introduction. The main results are applied when preparing methodical recommendations on creation of regional programs for small entrepreneurship development by the State Committee of Ukraine for Entrepreneurship Development and legislative and normative drafts.The sphere of application covers executive authorities at the regional, local and district level of management.
