Essay

The object of a research: object of a research are the methodological fundamentalses and mechanism sharing of the state enterprises in countries, where the market transformations are carried out. The purpose of a research: the purpose of a thesis is, that because of methodological positions of the theory of the property to conduct the analysis of mechanisms of influence sharing on shaping of the market relations in transitional economy of Ukraine and to develop the recommendations for efficiency of its realization. Outcomes, novelty: 1) the approach to sharing as to a direction of a solution of inconsistencies between an existing system of economic institutes and need for the new forms and rules of a behaviour of the managing subjects is reasonable conceptual - methodological. Is proved, that the process of becoming and development of the joint-stock property is adequate to a transitional character of economic transformations in Ukraine. 2) The features and inconsistencies of two directions sharing of the state enterprises are determined an essence,: corporation, in which course the property remains state, but varies it the form is organizational - economic, and privatization, during which the state form will be transformed in private; 3) is shown, that in conditions of transitional economy one from concrete manifestations jointly - divide of nature of the joint-stock property is, on the one hand, necessity and possibility of state regulation of process sharing, from other - it of market selfregulation; 4) is reasonable main directions of state policy in an orb institutional of transformations of the attitudes of the property through sharing, which are connected to shaping of a system of the purposes conducted privatization of processes and post privatization by support privatization of the enterprises; 5) the concrete offers on improvement of the current legislation in conditions sharing are developed with the purpose of shaping the effective investor - proprietor and amplification of monitoring behind pe rformance of the investment obligations; 6) the premises and mechanism of overcoming of economic crimes in process sharing are determined. An orb of use: in shaping and realization of policy of money privatization at state and local levels of management sharing; in educational process, for want of to preparation of text-books, methodical allowances and special rates.
