MITsODA R. Comparative characteristic of surgical methods of delivery (caesarean section, vacuum-extraction of the fetus, forceps obstetrical) and their influence on the mother's and infant's health.

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of comparative characteristic of surgical methods of labor and improvement of prophylaxy of their complications on the mother's and infant's health. It is pointed out factors of risk of completion of confinement by surgical methods of labor. It is evident that caesarean section is the most favourable as to neurological and common morbidity of the child in the future, but for the mother is the worst to the pathologic bleeding and septical diseases. It is established that the most frequent complication of caesarean delivery in the future is endometriosis. It is worked out "The method of removing of the fetus when the presentation part is low during the cаesarean section", "The method of prophylaxy of complications from the respiratory tract in the fetus that was born by caesarean section" and "The method of performing of caesarean section, when the low segment is not formed enough".
